• Georgette Turner-Hipp, 57, was charged by university police after she was observed smoking a cigarette containing marijuana inside the KCAC. She was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Theft

•Sometime during the night between Thursday, Aug. 18, and Friday, Aug. 19, someone stole a GPS from inside an unsecured vehicle in the 1300 block of Church Street. Anyone with information is asked to contact borough police.
